EB Agency is looking for a dynamic Marketing and Communications Manager to oversee both marketing and communication strategies for our clients. In this role, you will lead the development of integrated marketing campaigns while also managing the messaging, public relations, and brand communications. The ideal candidate has a strong background in both marketing and corporate communications, ensuring that all campaigns and communications align with client objectives and audience expectations. You will collaborate with internal teams, clients, and external partners to deliver compelling campaigns that drive engagement and brand growth.
This position requires fluency in both English and Arabic (written and spoken), and interviews will be held between 17th October and 20th October.
Marketing Strategy Development: Design and implement comprehensive marketing strategies that incorporate both digital and traditional channels, aligning with client business goals. Communications & Public Relations: Develop clear and consistent communication strategies, including press releases, media outreach, and internal communications to ensure clients’ messaging is aligned across all platforms. Campaign Execution: Oversee the development, execution, and optimization of integrated marketing campaigns across various channels (social media, email, PR, events, etc.). Brand Positioning: Strengthen brand positioning by ensuring messaging and communications are consistent and effective across all platforms, enhancing brand reputation and visibility. Performance Analytics: Measure and report on the performance of marketing and communications initiatives, providing insights and recommendations for improvement. Media Relations: Build and maintain relationships with media outlets, managing press coverage and handling inquiries to ensure positive publicity for clients. Content Oversight: Collaborate with content creators and designers to ensure all materials align with communication strategies and are relevant to target audiences. Team Collaboration: Work closely with the marketing, design, and social media teams to ensure cohesive branding and communication across all projects. Client Relations: Act as the primary point of contact for clients, regularly updating them on campaign performance and addressing communication-related concerns. Qualifications Education: Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Communications, Public Relations, or a related field (or equivalent experience). Experience: 10+ years of experience in marketing and communications management 3 year in managerial position (agency experience is preferred). Skills: Proven ability to create and manage marketing and communication campaigns across multiple channels. Strong understanding of public relations, media outreach, and corporate communications. Experience with digital marketing tools (Google Analytics, HubSpot, social media platforms). Excellent written and verbal communication skills in both English and Arabic. Ability to develop and manage media relationships and handle press coverage. Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment. Familiarity with marketing performance metrics and the ability to provide actionable insights. Strong leadership and team collaboration skills, with experience managing cross-functional teams.
