- Archive all designs, personal photos and photos during trips for the Chairwoman
- Update all the records on regular basis, keep electronic versions (soft copies) for accessible search.
- Organize the archive for the Creative Director & Head Designer and organize the archive according to the Head Designer’s recommendations.
- Enter the date of the new books after binding and coding according the Book Collector’s program sequence
- Maintain & update the Chairwoman’s media and administrative files in her archives.
- Maintain & update Chairwoman’s business contact database
- Responsible for Chairwoman’s office petty cash, record office purchases and settle payments with the Financial Department according to the procedures and regulations.
- Any other duties assigned by Executive Assistant of Chairwoman.
Bachelor Degree is Required; preferably Bachelor of art in library science.Proven work experience as a Secretary or Administrative AssistantFamiliarity with office organization and optimization techniquesHigh degree of multi-tasking and time management capabilityExcellent written and verbal communication skillsIntegrity and professionalismProficiency in MS Office
