- Teaching business English including spoken English to the employees
- Making teaching plans for the business English program
- Managing the class; preparing the lessons to be delivered to the employees
- Preparing and setting tests, examination papers, and exercises
- Providing appropriate feedback to the employees
- Use continuous improvement processes and tools to make interactive lessons
- Draft reports and presentations on the improvement of employee learning when required.
