We are seeking a dynamic Tech Talent Acquisition Lead to join our team. As the ideal candidate, you will have 5 - 7 years of experience in:
- Recruiting for technical roles, with a proven track record of sourcing and attracting top-tier talent in the technology industry.
- Experience in leading a team and setting/monitoring KPIs
- You will collaborate with hiring managers to understand their technical requirements and source candidates through various channels, including job boards, social media, and professional networks.
- Your expertise in conducting technical screenings and assessments will ensure that we bring in the best candidates who align with our company values and culture.
- Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline for current and future hiring needs.
Qualifications:
- BA in Human Resources or any relavent one
- Fluency in English is a must
- Experience in Multinaltional Companies
- Experience in Technical Hiring
