- Effectively manage the assigned brands in line with volume/value objectives and within set timeframes by performing the following duties:
- Develop the brand’s integrated marketing plan, and strategy.
- Develop and Apply activation market Plan
- Manage the execution of the integrated marketing plan, ensuring consistency with brand strategy, brand keys, and brand communication plan
- Translate brand strategy and brand keys into strategically sound and effective brand marketing plans.
- Identify R&D requirements of the assigned brands.
- Monitor performance on key performance indicators, and take corrective action to ensure that targets are met.
- Manage the advertising, promotion, research agencies, suppliers and PR agencies and packaging/graphic design personnel, driving forward the creative ideas.
- Manage advertising and promotions budget for the product line.
- Identify and design full marketing campaigns and effective promotions.
- Fully accountable for building sales volumes, shares on established and new product line.
- Set sales targets for each product/SKU’s monthly/quarterly.
- Lead to increase public awareness through advertising campaigns, in store activities and building brand loyalty.
- Analyze the market trends and changes in consumption behaviors through conducting qualitative and quantitative market research and having weekly visits to the market.
Pharmaceutical, Science, or Vet Education Background1+ years of experience as a Marketing professionalProduct Management, Understanding the Customer, Product Development, Requirements Analysis, Pricing, Planning, Competitive Analysis, Sales Planning, Inventory Control, Financial Planning, and Strategy.Very good knowledge of the English language (written & speaking)Self-motivated, and hard worker.Excellent knowledge of productivity software ( MS Office ..etc.)Experience working with designers, and marketing on consumer-focused products.Flexibility in dealing with changing priorities and effectively multi-task across multiple initiatives/projects with rapid delivery of required materials and responses.Excellent Customer relationship management skills.Strong interpersonal communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.Analytical and planning skills.
