Furniture Factory Manager
Location: 10th of Ramadan
Highly experienced and dynamic Factory Manager to lead production operations and ensure efficiency and quality. The candidate will be responsible for managing production schedules, applying safety standards, leading teams, and controlling costs. Preferably with experience in furniture related industries, and will be able to apply modern manufacturing techniques and improve processes to increase productivity and enhance performance.
Responsible for planning, organizing, directing and controlling production staff and workers and fully supervising the inputs, processes and outputs of the production process.

Main Responsibilities:
• Supervising daily operations to ensure achieving targets and deadlines.
• Preference for experience in applying the principles of increasing operational efficiency, modern manufacturing techniques and improving processes.
• Managing a large team and ensuring high performance and developing team skills.
• Adhering to safety and quality standards.
• Improving costs and optimally utilizing resources.
• Planning and scheduling production to meet company goals and demands.
• Supervising daily operations in production lines.
• Analyzing data and preparing reports on production performance.
• Preparing sub-plans and executive programs for planning and production
• Approving all requests for warehouse needs of raw materials after approving and reviewing them with the head of the department based on the weekly production plan and without increases in raw materials.
• Submitting weekly reports to management.
Qualifications:
• Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering or a related field.
• Applied or Fine Arts graduate preferred
• At least 5 years of experience in production management in furniture industries or similar materials.
• Preference for experience in applying the principles of increasing operational efficiency, modern manufacturing techniques and improving processes with techniques.
• Leadership skills.
• Fluent in English
