Export Manager

  • Manage the export operations from all aspects in order to achieve the Business objectives & budget.
  • Acquire the new export business markets / Leads and handle the account management.
  • Promote customer relations and develop the existing client base.
  • Setting the export process (logistics / products solution design, costing, pricing, client’s Incentives scheme and service offering).
  • Initiate, setting and negotiate the prices / contracts with the “Customers to agree on the framework and ensure compliance with the Egyptian law international regulations in coordination with the Legal & Contracts Departments.
  • Formulate business requirements and identify the opportunities and threats to be discussed with the customer to set the optimal business framework.
  • Manage marketing intelligence activities (The Export movements), market trends and competitors’ activity to identify new business opportunities (potentialities acquisition, new services, business partners).
  • Monitor the products stocks to ensure loading points and highlight the targeted market requirement of insulation products specifications & ensure keeping appropriate stock for repeated items in coordination with the quality & Logistics Departments.
  • Handling all documentation activities related to commercial scope "Customer creation, Material creation, pricing, identify proper offer type in SFDC and setting the pricing to be approved by the Export Manager, invoicing, banking and customs clearance & managing documentation requirements through a close follow up with all related stakeholders.
  • Relationship management with existing customers (e.g. order taking, Payment conditions setting and follow-up the implementation & the relevant financial guarantees, budgeting, facilitating communication between customer’s requirements and production/planning)  
  • Manage the execution of export cycle by a close follow up with all related internal/external stakeholders to achieve pre -set objectives and reach customer satisfaction.
  • Manage & Follow up with all related governmental authorities “Customs, Chambers of commerce, Export Control, Port Authorities” to fulfill all export activities requirements &  new decrees in coordination with Supply Chain Department 
  • Managing sales & marketing budget for each country and anticipate expenses, plan the budget, track expenses, and execute within the defined budget.
  • Close follow-up with logistics to insure smooth, efficient, sustainable transportation rates.
  • Execute and communicate strategic plan to the subordinates to achieve export sales targets.

Bachelor’s degree in any field, preferably in Engineering (Mechanical, Civil, Architecture, Production).Solid Experience in Export Field preferably in Asia/ Africa & Europe. Very good Knowledge of Sales Techniques.Very good in leadership, analytical thinking and problem-solving Skills.Construction building material experience is an asset.Excellent command of English language both speaking and writingKnowledge of other languages (French ,..etc) would be a plus
