- Follow up on team daily tasks and assignments ensuring high levels of performance standards are met and develop development plans for team members, with close monitoring of all activities on all leads through different channels.
- Master the awareness of the company's targets, as well as the products and services it offers.
- Motivate and work together with the sales team as a unit to get the best target results and achieve the company’s goals.
- Delegate special tasks and monitor the progress.
- Handle customers’ complaints professionally and escalate to the Sales Manager when necessary.
- Lead special customer promotions and/or events.
- Receive periodic reports from the team and review them.
- Send daily, weekly, and monthly reports as requested.
- Support in following up on financial collections with customers -if requested.
- Conduct orientation and training for newly hired advisors including all needed site visits projects knowledge and any other needed data.
- Ensure that all team members adhere to company policies and procedures, keeping them always up to date with any changes.
- Coach, develop, and evaluate employee performance and identify hiring and training needs.
- Perform any additional tasks that might be necessary for easier workflow, within the main frame of the job’s specialty.
