1. Align with the global product definitions from the headquarters and, based on local insights, clarify product positioning, target audience, and marketing strategies for Egypt.
2. Based on project objectives, market situation, product advantages, and consumer analysis, identify marketing opportunities and develop marketing strategies and communication plans (including communication objectives/strategies, main communication themes, communication cadence, key campaigns, etc.).
3. Responsible for localized creative content planning of the product series/branding campaigns, overseeing the creation and delivery of core communication materials, and ensuring the quality of key marketing concepts and materials.
4. Plan and execute major events and campaigns in collaboration with the marketing & sales team (e.g., product launch event, local major festival campaigns, brand collaboration campaigns, etc.).
5. Oversee the implementation of marketing plans, managing and controlling specific content, execution, timelines, quality, cost, and risks. Coordinate communication with internal teams and external suppliers to ensure high-quality delivery.
6. Collaborate with agencies to conduct post-campaign performance research, produce analysis and reports, and apply insights to future marketing efforts.
1. Over 3 years of experience in brand marketing or product marketing (full-time); PMP certification is a plus, and familiarity with the 3C industry is required. 2. Strong strategic thinking and analytical skills; capable of project management and planning. 3. Clear logical thinking, strong communication skills, a strong sense of goal orientation, with an awareness of project overall management, and the ability to foresee potential issues and develop problem-solving strategies. 4. Strong execution skills, able to handle multiple project lines and cross-functional work, coordinate various resources, and manage communication effectively.
