Office Manager / Admin Assistant

  • Manage day-to-day administrative operations, ensuring the office runs smoothly and efficiently.
  • Handle correspondence, emails, phone calls, and general inquiries with professionalism.
  • Maintain office filing systems (digital and physical), ensuring documents are properly organized and easily accessible.
  • Prepare and maintain accurate spreadsheets, reports, and documents using Microsoft Excel.
  • Assist with office supply management, including ordering and maintaining inventory.
  • Support the engineering team with project documentation, data entry, and other administrative tasks.
  • Manage and maintain calendars for executives and team leaders.
  • Assist in organizing company events, meetings, and team activities.

1-2 years of experience working in an office environment, preferably within an engineering or technical field.Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly in Excel.Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.Strong organizational skills with keen attention to detail.Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.Professional demeanor and positive attitude.Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.Basic knowledge of office equipment and software (e.g., printers, scanners, scheduling tools).
