Duties & Responsibilities:

  • Market Research & Analysis:
  • Conduct thorough market research to identify potential markets and business opportunities.
  • Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs to inform business strategies.

 

  • Business Development:
  • Develop and implement strategic business development plans to achieve company goals.
  • Identify and engage with potential clients and partners to establish and maintain business relationships.
  • Negotiate and close deals with international clients, ensuring alignment with company objectives.

 

  • Cross-Border Coordination:
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless execution of cross-border projects.
  • Coordinate with international offices and partners to facilitate smooth business operations.
  • Client Relationship Management:
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients.
  • Provide exceptional customer service and support to ensure client satisfaction and retention.

 

  • Reporting & Documentation:
  • Prepare regular reports on business development activities, market analysis, and project progress.
  • Maintain accurate records of client interactions, contracts, and agreements.

 

  • Strategic Planning:
  • Contribute to the development of the company’s international business strategy.
  • Identify opportunities for growth and expansion in new and existing markets.

 

  • Compliance & Risk Management:
  • Ensure all business activities comply with local and international regulations.
  • Identify and mitigate risks associated with international business operations to find opportunities for us as leads
  • Working closely with the marketing team to optimize the results  

Proven working experience from 4 to 6 years as a business development executive or in the similar role.BSc/BA in business administration, sales or relevant fieldExcellent up to Fluent in English. Experience in service- based industry preferably have financial background.  Time management and planning skills.Communication and negotiation skills.
