Duties & Responsibilities:
- Market Research & Analysis:
- Conduct thorough market research to identify potential markets and business opportunities.
- Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs to inform business strategies.
- Business Development:
- Develop and implement strategic business development plans to achieve company goals.
- Identify and engage with potential clients and partners to establish and maintain business relationships.
- Negotiate and close deals with international clients, ensuring alignment with company objectives.
- Cross-Border Coordination:
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless execution of cross-border projects.
- Coordinate with international offices and partners to facilitate smooth business operations.
- Client Relationship Management:
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients.
- Provide exceptional customer service and support to ensure client satisfaction and retention.
- Reporting & Documentation:
- Prepare regular reports on business development activities, market analysis, and project progress.
- Maintain accurate records of client interactions, contracts, and agreements.
- Strategic Planning:
- Contribute to the development of the company’s international business strategy.
- Identify opportunities for growth and expansion in new and existing markets.
- Compliance & Risk Management:
- Ensure all business activities comply with local and international regulations.
- Identify and mitigate risks associated with international business operations to find opportunities for us as leads
- Working closely with the marketing team to optimize the results
Proven working experience from 4 to 6 years as a business development executive or in the similar role.BSc/BA in business administration, sales or relevant fieldExcellent up to Fluent in English. Experience in service- based industry preferably have financial background. Time management and planning skills.Communication and negotiation skills.
