  • Translation.
  • Revision.
  • Hiring in-house Translators
  • Monitoring Performance and appraising team members
  • Training new translators.
  • Evaluation of team members and providing assistance and guidance for them.
  • Guarantee the highest levels of quality are met.
  • Reviewing, updating, and Maintaining clients’ documentation
  • Attend to feedback and make sure all issues are resolved to Customers’ satisfaction.
  • Ensure high levels of productivity are maintained.
  • Reviewing translated tasks with an outstanding level of quality and style.

Job RequirementsExperience in managing a small team (preferred).Experience working as a full-time English-to-Arabic translator/reviewer is a must.Highly organized and diligent.Exceptional interpersonal skills.Excellent written and verbal communication.Problem-solving, team player, eagerness to learn technologies and tools
