Quality #Control Management:
Develop, implement, and maintain the company’s quality control processes and procedures.
Oversee daily QC operations, including inspection, testing, and monitoring of production to ensure compliance with quality standards.

Lead and manage the QC team, including quality inspectors, analysts, and technicians.
Train and develop staff on QC methods, tools, and regulations, fostering a culture of continuous improvement.
Process #Improvement:
Identify opportunities for improving product quality, manufacturing processes, and QC protocols.
Implement corrective actions and preventive measures (CAPA) to address quality issues and avoid recurrence.
Compliance & #Standards:
Ensure that production complies with industry regulations, national and international quality standards (e.g., ISO, CE).
Coordinate and prepare for internal and external audits to verify compliance with quality management systems.
Problem #Resolution:
Investigate product defects or failures, analyze root causes, and work with production teams to implement effective solutions.
Coordinate with suppliers and clients to resolve quality-related issues, ensuring customer satisfaction.
Documentation and #Reporting:
Maintain accurate quality control records, including inspection results, test data, and corrective actions.
Prepare detailed reports on product quality trends, metrics, and key performance indicators (KPIs) for management review.
Supplier Quality #Management:
Collaborate with suppliers to ensure that incoming materials meet company quality standards.
Implement supplier quality audits and corrective actions when necessary.
- A bachelor’s degree in chemistry, chemical engineering, or a related field is typically required.-15 Years of Experience with (3-5) years in similar managerial position (quality control, quality assurance or laboratory) in industrial filed.- Analytical Skills: ** Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to evaluate processes and product quality.- Attention to Detail: ** Precision in performing tests and documenting results. - Leadership and Management Skills: Ability to lead a team.- Leadership and Management Skills: ** Ability to lead a team, manage resources, and coordinate between different departments- Communication Skills: ** Effective written and verbal communication to report findings, liaise with regulatory bodies, and work with other teams. - Certifications in quality control (such as Six Sigma, ISO 9001, TQM, etc) can be advantageous. Additional certifications related to laboratory management may also be beneficial.- Language Skills: Professional English.- Computer Skills: Professional MS office (Word, Excel, Power point, Outlook) SAP experience is an advantage.
