The position is responsible for Marketing/Trading (including purchase and sale) of Grains and Oilseeds, and related risk management for the allocated product group.

The candidate will be part of a team with responsibility for maintaining close contact with customers in addition to arbitraging contracts, markets and freight differentials.

The position also communicates market information, opportunity and activity within the Al Dahra group.

Roles & Responsibilities

Develop business

• Identify trading opportunities in the marketplace and maximize contributions for the PnL
• Maintain and develop new costumers and increase market participation in Egypt

Routine task

• Maintain & develop commercial controls, prepare and maintain position controls (Long/short), PnL Forecasts and traded statistics.
• Follow the execution of contracts and vessels, support our execution and logistics teams on all issues that may arise.
• Follow and trade cash and paper markets in Romania. Responsible for the PnL of a commodity/group of commodities

Controls

• Oversee market and freight risk and execution to ensure the timely and efficient execution of contracts
• Manage credit terms and risk in line with the Groups' agreed limits, controls and procedures

Trading and communication

• Identifying and executing arbitrage opportunities that add value to the Group Compiling and distributing accurate market information and communicating this with other members of the Al Dahra Gro
