JOB Description
- Oversee the entire reservation process, including receiving and processing reservation requests, managing hotels availability and ensuring accurate and timely booking confirmations.
- Lead and supervise a team of reservation agents, provide guidance, training, and support to ensure efficient operations.
- Cooperate with our outside offices, handle guest inquiries, complaints, and special requests related to reservations. Ensure that any issues are resolved promptly and professionally.
- Monitor and secure hotels availability during high seasons.
- Generate reports on reservation statistics, including flights sales situation, promotions rate, work closely with yielding department to maintain and improve revenue.
Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for an Assistant Reservation Manager at Amisol Travel in Cairo, Egypt. The Assistant Reservation Manager will be responsible for overseeing reservations, providing excellent customer service, communication with clients, promoting sales, and training staff.

- Strong organizational and time management abilities
- Ability to work well in a team environment
- Previous experience in the travel industry is a plus
- Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management or related field
- Fluent English
