Job Title: E-commerce Specialist

Job Description:

Ghurfa, an online furniture brand, is looking for an experienced E-commerce Specialist to manage and optimize all e-commerce platforms and sales channels. The ideal candidate will handle day-to-day operations, including overseeing product listings, managing customer orders, coordinating shipments, and driving online sales growth through strategic marketing efforts. This role will work closely with the founder to ensure a seamless customer experience across all platforms.

Responsibilities:

• Manage and update product listings on platforms like Shopify, Amazon, Noon, and Jumia, ensuring accuracy and optimization for sales (key responsibility).
• Oversee the order fulfillment process, coordinating with shipping providers to ensure timely deliveries.
• Monitor stock levels and alert when restocking is necessary.
• Respond to customer inquiries and resolve issues efficiently to maintain high customer satisfaction.
• Develop and execute marketing strategies to boost online visibility and sales, including social media engagement.
• Track sales performance and suggest improvements to increase revenue.
• Assist with general administrative tasks related to e-commerce operations.

Skills & Qualifications:

• Experience in e-commerce platforms like Shopify, Amazon, Noon, and Jumia is essential.
• Strong marketing knowledge, especially in social media and online advertising.
• Proven track record of driving sales through e-commerce platforms.
• Excellent organizational and communication skills.
• Strong problem-solving abilities with attention to detail.
• Supply chain and inventory management
• Proficient in English (written and verbal).
