- Identify training needs across the organization and recommend suitable learning and development (L&D) solutions.
- Design, organize, and deliver effective training programs that align with business needs and individual development goals.
- Measure the impact and effectiveness of training programs and make improvements based on feedback and assessments.
- Develop and maintain standardized training procedures and guidelines to ensure consistency and quality in delivery.
- Support the development and continuous improvement of a professional Performance Management System (PMS).
- Assist in the implementation and monitoring of the performance appraisal system to ensure fairness and alignment with company objectives.
