CRM Executive

  1. Support the CRM Manager in the planning, creation, delivery and development of CRM activity.
  2. Handling all the aftersales cases & Inquiries including Clients Modifications requests (Meetings, Payment Arrangement).
  3. Site Visits.
  4. Resale
  5. Project Update.
  6. Contract Issues.
  7. Cheque withdrawal requests.
  8. Payment Rescheduling requests.
  9. Termination requests.
  10. Update the feedback on CRM System

Education: University degree –Bachelor’s degree in business administration, or any relevant field or information technology.Experience: 2 years’ experience in CRM.Previous CRM experience with real-estate field is a MUST
