Operations Account Handler

As an Operations Account Handler, you will be responsible for managing the day-to-day operational activities for high-value clients. You will act as a key liaison between clients and the firm, ensuring smooth service delivery, managing client expectations, and troubleshooting any service issues. This role requires excellent communication, problem-solving skills, and an ability to manage multiple high-end accounts simultaneously in a fast-paced, high-demand environment.

Job Specification includes:

  • Act as the primary point of contact for a portfolio of clients, ensuring that all their requests and needs are met with the highest level of service.
  • Manage client onboarding and ensure a smooth handover between sales and operations teams.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs and preferences to anticipate future requests.
  • Coordinate daily operations, including booking, logistics, and fulfillment of client requests across a range of services (travel, dining, events, lifestyle, etc.).
  • Monitor the execution of services, ensuring compliance with company quality standards and timelines.
  • Troubleshoot any issues with service delivery, resolving them quickly and effectively.
  • Assist in refining operational processes to improve efficiency and service delivery.
  • Provide feedback to management on client satisfaction and service challenges to improve overall company performance.
  • Ensure all client accounts are managed within agreed budgets and financial parameters.
  • Assist in the preparation of financial reports and invoicing related to client accounts.
  • Work closely with the sales, logistics, and customer service teams to ensure client needs are met seamlessly.
  • Coordinate with vendors and third-party service providers to fulfill client requests.

Bachelor’s degree in business, hospitality, or a related field is preferred.7+ years of experience in a client-facing operations role, preferably within luxury services, hospitality, or travel sectors.Experience in a concierge firm or similar high-end service environment is highly desirable.Knowledge of luxury travel, events, dining, and lifestyle services is a plus.All candidates must be able to communicate verbally and written fluently in English.
