Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Financial Controller to oversee and manage the company’s financial operations. The ideal candidate will have over 5 years of experience in financial management, ensuring compliance with regulations, preparing accurate financial reports, and providing strategic insights to support business decisions. This role requires a strong understanding of financial processes, excellent analytical skills.
Key Responsibilities:Oversee all aspects of financial management, including corporate accounting, regulatory and financial reporting, budgeting, and forecasting.Prepare accurate and timely financial reports, including income statements, balance sheets, and cash flow statements.Manage month-end and year-end close processes.Ensure compliance with local and international financial regulations and standards.Analyze financial data to identify trends, risks, and opportunities, providing insights for strategic decision-making.Implement and monitor internal controls to ensure the accuracy of financial transactions and reporting.Liaise with auditors, tax advisors, and regulatory bodies to ensure compliance and timely reporting.Develop financial policies and procedures to optimize financial performance and operational efficiency.Assist in the preparation of the company’s annual budget and financial forecasts.Monitor cash flow and manage company investments and financial risks.Support the executive team with financial insights for long-term business planning.Qualifications:Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field. A master's degree or professional certification (e.g., CPA, CMA) is a plus.Over 5 years of experience in financial management, preferably in a similar role.Strong knowledge of accounting principles, financial regulations, and reporting standards.Proficiency in financial software and tools (e.g., ERP systems, Microsoft Excel).Exceptional analytical skills, with the ability to interpret complex financial data and present actionable insights.Excellent leadership and team management skills.Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.High attention to detail and ability to work under tight deadlines.Preferred Qualifications:Experience in managing financial operations in a multinational or fast-growing company.Knowledge of tax regulations and corporate finance.Experience with dealing with banks and managing treasury.Experience with financial planning and analysis (FP&A).Salary: Competitive, based on experienceEmployment Type: Full-time
