- Develop and execute operational and commercial strategies to achieve growth and market expansion goals in Saudi Arabia.
- Lead strategic planning processes with a focus on improving the company’s financial performance and risk management.
- Lead teams in Cairo and Saudi Arabia, ensuring adherence to quality standards and operational efficiency.
- Overseeing Operational Departments.
- Work on increasing revenues and improving profit margins through effective marketing and sales strategies.
- Manage relations with government entities and ensure compliance with all legal and regulatory requirements.
- Provide regular reports to the Board of Directors on the progress of strategic and operational objectives.
At least 7 years of leadership experience in B2B service companies, preferably in the PBO sector or similar industries.Proven experience in managing remote and multi-location teams.Deep knowledge of the Saudi market and its operational and regulatory environment.Strong leadership skills and the ability to make critical strategic decisions.Excellent planning, organizational, and project management abilities.Outstanding communication skills and the ability to work with diverse teams.Fluency in Arabic (required) and English (preferred).
