For a large reputable manufacturing company in 10th of Ramadan, we are looking for Sales & Marketing Coordinator, to work in their Sales & Marketing company who will assume the following responsibilities:

“Work location in 10th of Ramadan”

Responsibilities:

• Prepare and present monthly, quarterly and annual sales reports covering SKUs, territories and sales teams’ performance. 
• Work closely with sales team to explore feedback gathered from the market regarding the company’s brands and products.
• Prepare comprehensive comparison between the company products and their direct competitors (features, prices, discounts, offers…etc.) 
• Monitor & Report any new product introduced to the market by a competitor 
• Monitor & Report any promotion offered to the market by a competitor
• Maintain a relation with current distributors, and help sales teams expand the company’s network. 
• Ensure availability and proper display of products and POS material (posters, flyers . . etc.) at distributors’ shops. 
• Receive and analyze trade promotions proposed by traders or sales teams.
• Design and present projections of new trade promotions 
• Manage Point of Sales Promotional & Branding material production 
• Manage stocks of Promotional & Branding Materials, and the distribution of all items to their respective channel. 
• Manage any Exhibition activity or participation from booking, booth production, supplies, give away items, products display. . etc. 
• Supervise the execution of any Marketing communication activity done, through moderating suppliers & executers from local teams.
