For one of the Largest Steel Fabrication and Construction Companies in Egypt, we are looking for Electromechanical Maintenance Engineer who will be responsible for ensuring the optimal performance and reliability of electromechanical systems within the factory. This role combines electrical engineering and mechanical engineering expertise to troubleshoot, maintain, and improve equipment and processes.

Work location in 10th of Ramadan factory, Belbeis Road

Reporting to the Maintenance Manager you will assume the following responsibilities: 

• Lead the maintenance and repair of electromechanical systems, including motors, drives, PLCs, sensors, and hydraulic/pneumatic systems.
• Develop and implement preventive maintenance programs to reduce downtime and extend equipment life.
• Oversee and manage projects related to equipment upgrades, installations, and modifications to improve production efficiency.
• Provide technical support and guidance to maintenance technicians and operators on electromechanical issues.
• Conduct root cause analysis for equipment failures and implement corrective actions to prevent recurrence.
• Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities, including work orders, inspections, and repairs, ensuring compliance with safety and quality standards.
• Work closely with production and engineering teams to identify opportunities for process improvements and optimize equipment performance.
• Mentor and train junior engineers and technicians in best practices and safety procedures related to electromechanical systems
