Software Pre–Sales Engineer

Provides high-level technical expertise in support of pre-sales activities in the assigned market.
• Determines customers' needs and desires by specifying the research needed to obtain market information.
• Obtains product market share by working with the sales director to develop product sales strategies.
• Assist in the development of responses to customer requests and proposals as required.
• Conducts research, answers questions, and removes objections that arise in a sales campaign.
• Assists the Sales Team to develop and implement specific account penetration strategies, produce account specific product and service and sales plans.
• Completes required pre-sales documentation quickly and accurately.
• Coordinate with the Projects Manager and sales team in formulating and building up proposal knowledge and customer business requirements.
• Conduct professional demos and presentations for Clients.
• Provide technical training and sufficient information to the sales staff.
• Engaging with Sales in the field for meetings and presentations Preparation and consolidation of training materials.
• Pre-sales collaborates with the sales support or account team by acting as technical experts in customer presentations.


Experience in software is a must• At least 2 years of  Experience in Pre-Sales /technical sales engineer in software products/ integrations• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, including facilitation of group presentations.• Creative talents and the ability to solve tough problems.• The ability to handle pressure and meet deadlines.• Excellent time management skills.• Technical experience is preferred.• Proven presentation and interpersonal skills.
