- Prepare project management plans for the projects, including timelines, process mapping, resource allocation and all related operational activities.
- Working with the management for Developing the budget for a project.
- Monitoring costs, material flow and resource allocation
- Reviewing project documents such as design drawings, specifications, proposals and contracts
- Work closely with Construction Managers, Engineers, Site Forepersons, Electricians, and other technical staff.
- Ensure the continuous day-to-day operation of a project to solve technical and construction issues.
- Developing and following procurement plan.
- Implement Performing quality control reviews on budgets, schedules, plans, and personnel performance and reporting on the project's status.
- Interact with clients, interpreting their needs and requirements, and ensuring their logical contractual needs are realized in the field.
- Prepare periodic project reports, including project profitability, revenue, margins, cost-benefit and needs analysis, bill rates and utilization as well as full quality delivery, and coordinates with all involved functions for corrective action if needed.
Education: Bachelor of Electrical Engineer.3:5 years at Construction experience in( Banking Sector, Commercial, and Residential Sectors).familiarity with business and financial principles (budgeting and forecasting).Excellent written and verbal communication skills.Project management skills, Business Writing.planning and Decision-making skills.
