Role Description:
As a Product Manager, you will play a pivotal role in aligning our technical capabilities with business objectives.
You will lead the development & enhancement of products that drive business growth, ensuring effective communication & collaboration between technical & business teams.
Experience with marketing tools is essential for success in this role.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Act as the liaison between the technical & business teams, ensuring a shared understanding of goals, priorities, & timelines.
- Product Development: Lead the end-to-end product development lifecycle, from ideation to execution, collaborating with engineers, designers, & other stakeholders.
- Marketing Tools Integration: Leverage your expertise in marketing tools to integrate & optimize tools such as CRM, analytics, and other marketing technologies to enhance the eCommerce platform performance.
- Requirements Gathering: Work closely with business teams to understand their needs & translate them into clear & actionable product requirements for the technical team.
- Roadmap Planning: Develop & maintain the product roadmap, aligning it with business objectives & ensuring timely delivery of features & enhancements.
- User Experience (UX) Optimization: Collaborate with designers to enhance theuser experience of the eCommerce platform, ensuring a seamless & engaging shopping journey.
- Data-Driven Decision-Making: Utilize data & analytics to make informed decisions, optimize product features, & drive continuous improvement.
Qualifications:
- Experience: Minimum of 4 years in a Product Manager role, with a focus on eCommerce & expertise in analytics tools.
- Technical Background: Solid understanding of technical concepts & the ability to communicate effectively with engineering teams.
- Marketing & Analytics Tools Expertise: Proven experience working with CRM tools (such as Salesforce), Analytics tools (such as GA4, Clarity, Adjust...), Customer engagement platforms (such as MoEngage), & other related technologies to drive business objectives.
- Cross-Functional Leadership: Demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional teams, fostering collaboration & delivering successful product outcomes.
- Strategic Thinking: Strong strategic thinking & problem-solving skills, with the ability to align product initiatives with overall business goals.
- Communication: Excellent communication skills, both verbal & written, with the ability to convey complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
