Overview
Analyze and execute the Distributors Sell-In Process, performing required sales forecasting and managing orders taking and delivery, along with necessary credit management of the Distributor.
Responsibilities
Functional Responsibilities
- Support in the achievement of the Distributors Sales-In volume through active analysis of distributers’ sales patterns and achievements.
- Strive to deliver all customers Stock Keeping Unit range, as per planned volume mix.
- Check and manage customers' accounts for credit, and outstanding payments.
- Use all sales system, including but not limited to Sales Buzz, to manage stock levels, and delivery times of orders.
- Coordinate between customers and Supply Chain on shipping dates and ordering cycles.
- Drive Cross-Functional collaboration and prioritize demand for orders fulfillment.
- Reviews all orders to ensure accuracy and completion.
- Issue daily, weekly, and monthly reports to sales management that supports them in their daily operations and instant decision-making needs.
People Responsibilities
- Coordinate with sales management on demand planning process, forecasting assumptions, analysis to support in a proper decision-making process.
- Develop winning relationships with Sales Leadership team and other key stakeholders’ business, ensuring highest levels of agility and support are provided.
- Able to work across both Local Sales Team and GBS team (Category Analyst, Revenue Management Analyst etc.) to support full loop data for the WS channel data supports within timeline.
- Support the Cluster Sales Lead with all initiatives to improve GBS service offerings.
Qualifications
- 0 -1 year of sales experience
- Basic analysis and forecasting background.
- Very good command in both written and spoken of English language.
- Ability to work cross function/ Build strong positive relationship with peers and business.
- Results Driven Planning & Organizing (Multiple priority management).
- Analytical thinking Skills (Trend, data, events analysis to draw sound conclusions).
