Role Description


This is a full-time on-site role for a Senior Sales Representative at SAMMAN GROUP in Riyadh. We are seeking an experienced Sales Manager to join our growing team. This role will be responsible for driving sales and business development initiatives for our construction company, with a focus on the Saudi Arabian (KSA) market.


Qualifications:

  • 3-5 years of sales experience, preferably in a business development or account management role
  • Prior experience in the banking or financial services sector is highly desirable
  • Proven track record of achieving sales targets and growing client relationships
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively liaise with clients and internal stakeholders
  • Willingness to travel to KSA regularly to meet with clients and prospects
  • Attention to detail and strong organizational skills


Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute sales strategies to expand our client base in the KSA market
  • Manage a portfolio of key accounts, building strong relationships and driving revenue growth
  • Identify new business opportunities and lead the sales process from prospecting to closing deals
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to create targeted campaigns and sales collateral
  • Provide regular reports on sales activities, pipeline, and performance metrics
  • Participate in industry events, conferences, and networking activities to build brand awareness
