Egybell is hiring Service Provider Account Opening and Servicing (Wholesale) for a well-known international bank.
Responsibilities & Duties:
1 Receive, review, reconcile, enter and further processes varied customer information
2 Receives basic internal and external customer inquiries and requests via the telephone or written documents, and provide timely verbal and/or written responses.
3 Utilizes automated systems and may interface with other units within business areas in order to resolve customer inquiries in an effective and timely manner
4 May performs technical tasks requiring thorough knowledge of business and product offerings and departmental procedures.
5 Performs and maintains inventory management of document packages. Handles and processes inordinately high volume of account documents on monthly basis. Performs necessary audits to determine incomplete processing. Prepares documents and arranges for off-site storage.
Qualifications:
- bachelor's degree in commerce or any relevant field
- Good to very Good English
- experience from 0 to 1 year
