Position Overview:
As a Retail Salesperson at Alshimery Group International, you will play a vital role in delivering exceptional customer service and promoting our range of high-quality perfumes. You will be responsible for assisting customers, managing inventory, and contributing to a positive shopping experience.
Key Responsibilities:
- Greet customers and ascertain their needs.
- Provide detailed product information and recommendations to enhance the customer experience.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and visually appealing kiosk.
- Handle transactions accurately using the POS system.
- Assist with inventory management, including restocking and organizing products.
- Collaborate with the team to achieve sales targets and meet customer satisfaction goals.
- Address customer inquiries and resolve issues promptly and professionally.
- Participate in marketing activities and promotional events as needed.
