Key Accountabilities & Decision Ownership
• To lead & deliver all enterprise customers implementations & connectivity of fixed enterprise connections.
• Supervise the enterprise customers Deployments team from both [Technical & Behavioral] points of view.
• Prepare all [ Technical / Non-technical] Trainings for the staff under his supervision.
• Deliver all Fixed Customers Connections of all types [ High Bandwidth TX, MW & WIMAX)
• Ensure that all the team members [Engineers & Technicians] have the required technical knowledge and have a very good communication skills to perform their jobs as per the company policy.
• Contribute to all interdepartmental meetings belongs to enterprise customers issues or plans.
• Enterprise Customers management:
• Ensure all customer requests are done within the agreed service level agreement.
• Ensure smooth and quality system/service handover from the projects by being the main driver of acceptance testing on behalf/and with the customers.
• Manage escalations related to operational issues.
• Ensure customer satisfaction at all contact points.
• Utilizes the resources of the deployment team and minimizes the CAPEX and OPEX spending.
• Ensure that all processes and SLAs are properly set to serve our internal and external customers with speed and simplicity.
• Communication / Staff management
• Reporting and escalation of any problems during implementation due TE or any stakeholders to upper-level management.
• Communicant in cross function groups and committees as may be required to handle cross projects or issues.
• Track performance of own staff and ensure on time task delivery.
• Enhance staff technical and personal skills through planning for appropriate training.
• Meet with own staff as a group and as individual to follow up on work in hand, give directions and feedback.
• Update and follow-up on the time schedule of project to ensure that the job is finalized within the planned time frame.
Core Competencies, Knowledge, and Experience
• Minimum of 10 years’ experience in fixed customers connections and Active Network deployments and 5 years in Network infrastructure deployments.
• Good Project Management Skills & Experience in handling large projects.
• Full understanding of customer demands/needs and flexibility to exceed customers’ expectations.
• Work in harmony with Agile practices
• Creative thinking to provide out of the box solutions.
• Good Stakeholder management capabilities
• Good interpersonal & communication skills
• Self-motivated and high time management ability.
• Ability to work well under pressure.

Must have technical / professional qualifications:
• B.SC. in Electrical Engineering majoring in Communication and Electronic Engineering.
• Problem solving and decision-making ability.
• Excellent knowledge and experience in Fiber implementation
• Experience in passive network setup, preferably FTTH
