Job Purpose
Ensure the full achievement of the assigned segment (voice & data) target on monthly basis by providing sales proposals for the concerned accounts under the segment responsibility through the segment team members.
Report To Position Name
Achieve 100% of the segment voice & data target on monthly basis.
Manage and coach the segment team members to provide elite proposals and sales activity to their accounts.
Provide regular reports to Senior Management on target progress on weekly basis.
Build and maintain the voice & data pipeline and forecast on 30/60/90 days basis for the segment.
Monitor and adjust the pipeline based on monthly updates from team members.
Ensure the implementation of the sales policies and procedures.
Cooperate with the Corporate Marketing team to pass special business cases and tailored offers in strategic accounts and major deals.
Provide the senior corporate sales manager with the recommended target split on monthly basis
Recruit and hire the best caliber with relative experience to the corporate sales.
Appraise and assess the Segment team members’ performance and produce the annual and semi- annual appraisal document and system inputs.
Recommend the salaries/promotions and career development moves for the team to the corporate sales senior manager.
Handle regular joint visits to the key customers.
Ensure best use of all Sales Tools & resources & Recommend new process to insure our customers’ satisfaction & loyalty
