We are seeking a talented and driven Light Current Sales Engineer to join our dynamic team. As a key member of our sales organization, you will play a vital role in expanding our market reach for our fire alarms, CCTV, Intrusion, access control, and data center solutions. Your expertise in light current systems, coupled with your strong sales acumen, will enable you to build lasting relationships with clients and deliver exceptional customer service.
Responsibilities
- Actively seek out new market opportunities and identify potential customers within the light current systems industry.
- Contact customers and follow them to know their demands and to ascertain the level of satisfaction.
- Contribute to the company's overall sales goals by consistently achieving sales targets and quotas for light current products.
- Provide the customer with the required support in the technical points and Respond to their comments and requirements.
- Prepare technical material submitting (catalogues, samples, compliance sheets, etc.) and cover all consultant comments till we get the consultant approval
- Demonstrate a deep understanding of fire alarms & light current systems, including, Access Control, CCTV, intruder Alarms, and structure cabling.
- Follow up on pending projects with clients
- Attending the clients’ inspection visits to the factory and coordinate the visit with the concerned department.
- Sell and promote products using solid arguments to existing and prospective customers.
- Provide regular updates to management on sales figures, goals, customer feedback, and market trends specifically related to light current systems.
- Build and develop new and positive relationships with dealers by visiting them in person, maintaining phone contact and addressing issues or problems when they come up.
- Enhances dealership reputation by accepting ownership for accomplishing new and different requests; exploring opportunities to add value to job Accomplishments.
- Achieve agreed upon sales targets and outcomes within schedule.
- Coordinate sales effort with team members and other departments.

Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or related field.Proven experience in Light Current systems for a minimum of 5 yearsExtensive engineering knowledge in the design of Fire alarm systems & Low current systems (Access Control, CCTV, intruder Alarms, structure cabling …etc.)Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to convey complex technical concepts to non-technical audiences.Demonstrated ability to build and maintain relationships with customers and internal stakeholders.Advanced understanding of technical terminology related to company products & services.Results-driven mindset with a focus on exceeding sales targets and delivering exceptional customer service.Experience in market analysis, customer engagement, and business development.
