- Visit and show several sites and explain the features of homes.
- Determine the best method of buying or selling and review financials.
- Ensure the property is updated and ready for sale.
- Compare properties with similar properties to determine the fair market prices.
- Handle transactions.
- Act as an intermediary in negotiations between buyers and sellers over property prices and settlement details, and during the closing of sales.
Bachelor's Degree is A must.Applicant must have a car.Experience in Real estate filed is a must.Good command of English (oral & written).Good knowledge of Windows operating environment, Word, Excel.
