Job Purpose

Setting, developing & executing the enterprise strategy, commercial plan and KPIs to maintain market and value share growth
• Leading the enterprise bidding function consisting of a bidding team in charge of Gov.& Mega account customization
• In charge of the bidding process in terms of documentation needed, LG and insurance.

Bidding\:
• Full ownership of the end to end bidding process supporting the sales providing effective prices and discounts to ensure smooth renewals/awards of various bids.
• Ongoing enhancement for the business cases for individual customizations and finalize with various stakeholder based on internal process and DOP
• Orchestrating, Aligning and Following Up with All Stakeholders.
• Capitalize on the growing enterprise business by securing Our company share of the opportunity through helping in acquiring new accounts and growing the company's revenue share
• Ensure customer satisfaction through understanding customer's industry, buying cycle and strategy
• Responsible for tracking the bidding budget to ensure Etisalat targets are met.

Collaborate with decision support and segments to enhance market share while maintaining a profitable margin for all bidding cases
• improving operational processes related to bids.
• Enhancement of new accounts bidding success rate which is currently at the early teens.
• Enhancing the process to reduce TTM and amount of approvals related to customizations.
• Ongoing recommendations for enhancing the preapproved matrix for high margin bids to reduce internal cycles
• Creating / Enhancing the alarming system for the renewals to eliminate waiving to customer through early capturing of contract expiry

Biding function\:
• Preparing the needed petty cash & delegation.
• Issuing bid bond LG.
• Getting the needed approvals (legal, commercial & technical).
• Preparing & reviewing all tender documents (delegation, legal doc., Technical & financial proposal).
• Review and validate tender Doc. (RFP), proposals and BC to insure its matching before stamping
• Running Discovery Calls & Customers' Visits for the lost Bids
