Job Purpose:
Responsible for the technical support in the organization infrastructure,
Systems, Services, Products, software, and responds to internal and external
requests, and the deployment plan of Maintenance, upgrading & updating, and
grow the team experience with a plan of training for all the Information
technology functions.


Duties and Responsibilities:● Responsible for Local and Cloud infrastructure operation and maintenance.● Responsible for Services and Systems operation, and maintenance.● Responsible for the operation and maintenance of Malware Server.● Responsible for the operation and maintenance of Local and Cloud Hosting services.● Network administrator of Routers, Switches, and Access Points internal & external.● Responsible for operation, maintenance, and follow-up with Local Area Networks(LAN), Wireless local network (W-Lan), Wide Area Networks (WAN).● Responsible for technical assistance and support for incoming requests and issuesrelated to infrastructure Servers, Services, systems, software, Products, and serviceslocal and cloud by IT system, Email, and Chatting.● Deployment manager, Install, modify, and repair Products and software.● Network printing is responsible for operation, maintenance, and follow-up.● Run diagnostic plan to evaluate, check, and solve IT problems related to Products,Software.● Respond to queries in the IT system, Emails, and Chat, for those who is looking for technicalhelp.● Training Plan for the team for infrastructure services, systems, software, Products,Networks.● Create Design Material and guidelines for infrastructure services, systems, Software,Products, Networks.● Responsible for the Information technology department database related to infrastructureServers, Services, systems, software, and Products.● Monthly and yearly reports for the performance of Servers, Systems, Services, Products andSoftware, Network.● Present the plans for IT to your direct managers and the teams.● Follow-up, Weekly, and Monthly reports with your direct manager.Qualifications:● Education: University Bachelor's, Computer Science graduates are preferred● Specialized Knowledge: software and hardware expertise● Certificates: C+, N+, CCNA, and MCSA is a must.o Skills: coordination and communication skills, high research skills,o Competencies:o Adaptive Learning.o Accountability.o Effective Communication.o Foster Teamwork.o Building Relationships.o Strong Observation Skillso Excellent Reporting Skillso Creativity and Innovation.o Experience: 1-3 YearsWorking Conditions:● Works from Head Office premises in Maadi and job requires weekly field visits to the EM schools in Elharam, and quarterly visits in wahatschool.Work Nature: 5 working days ( including 1 day work from home ) + 2 days offSalary: Negotiatioable (Depends on experience)
