Job Description
-Direct the branch operations to produce the target revenues, control the expenses and enhance client experience.
-Train & build a guest-focused team who works with passion, care & dedication. In addition to provide informal feedback on a regular basis and to assist in the annual performance evaluation process.
-Manage resource planning to ensure optimal operation.
-Assist in staff recruitment, supplier’s selection and customers’ targeting
-Work on integrating findings in the branch operations
-Manage the convenience store in terms of planning, inventory management & cash management to be a key source of revenue for the branch
-Manage the flow of day-to-day operations.
-Assign tasks to team members.
-Handle the day-to-day operations through interacting with customers, answering customer enquiries, and effectively handling customer complaints.
Job Requirements
-Minimum 1 Year Experience in Entertainment Field.
-Excellent communication skills, verbal and written.
-Familiarity with Entertainment Parks rules and regulations.
-Honesty, integrity and commitment to confidentiality.
-Excellent organizational skills Strong leadership & analytical skills.
-Strong positive attitude & flexibility.
-Excellent computer skills including spread sheets, word processing and email.
