We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced "Real Estate Talent Acquisition Specialist" to join our HR department.



Job Description:

  • Coordinate with hiring managers to identify staffing needs
  • Determine selection criteria Source potential candidates through online channels (e.g. social platforms and professional networks)
  • Plan interview and selection procedures, including screening calls, assessments and in-person interviews
  • Design job descriptions and interview questions that reflect each position’s requirements
  • Perform other HR tasks as assigned.


Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree.
  • 5+ years of experience in real estate sales.
  • Excellent communication skills.


Work Conditions:

Office Location: Al- Sheikh Zayed

Working Hours: 10:00 AM to 6:00 PM

Working Days: Saturday to Thursday.
