Performance Management Senior Specialist

  • Support the development of a professional Performance Management system to measure individual performance so that SGH branches can be better driven by performance criteria.
  • Assist the people management director/ manager and PMS manager in periodical review, monitor, and implementation of performance appraisal system, ensuring that annual appraisals are carried out in a timely manner and followed up.
  • Conduct necessary PMS calibration sessions to ensure objective talent decisions are made in a fair and transparent manner, address any sort of concerns, and make the necessary clarifications to staff whenever necessary.
  • Provide support to branch managers when required regarding individual objective settings and KPIs.

At least 2 Years of experience in PMS or any relevant HR function Excellent Analytical Skills Excellent user of Excel Very Good Communication SkillsHealthcare background will be an Asset
