• Probation: 14,000 EGP (Kickstart Your Adventure!)

Your Mission:

As a Project Coordinator at Fixcrowd, you’ll be responsible for coordinating and communicating between key stakeholders within the operation team. Here’s what you’ll be responsible for to ensure everything runs like clock-work:

Key Responsibilities:

1. Engineer Schedule Management:

• Optimise engineers schedules and routes to maximise service efficiency.

2. Communication:

• Promptly coordinate with clients and partners to facilitate work orders.
• Proactively communicate with key stakeholders including client account managers, tenants, suppliers, contractors to manage expectations and project delivery.
• Handel all inbound leads and inquiries with speed and efficiency.

3. Engineer Coordination:

• Build effective relationships with engineers to increase moral and productivity
• Manage the engineers daily schedule, tasks, updates, and dispatch locations.

4. Confirm Bookings:

• Send timely booking confirmations to clients.

5. Engineer Instructions:

• Ensure that engineers receive clear and precise instructions through phone and internal applications.

6. Workload and Scheduling:

• Keep engineers busy and help them meet daily targets.
• Schedule jobs for engineers two days in advance, covering 9 am to 6 pm.

7. Tracking and Reporting:

• Monitor engineers' progress and update clients and job statuses.
• Report any potential delays to clients promptly.

8. Verification and Quality Control:

• Use vehicle trackers to verify time spent on jobs and proactively react to delays.
• Ensure job quality by checking before and after photos, task checklists and client feedback.

9. Reporting:

• Complete daily reporting requirements for your engineer.
