- Manage store operations, optimist sales and profits, control relevant store costs and support and implement Merchandise, Marketing & other in-store initiatives.
- Ensure excellent customer service through the implementation of the brand/company guidelines to enhance the shopping/brand experience.
- Coach and mentor the store managers, sales supervisors and sales staff through all their daily tasks.
- Recommends product lines by identifying new product opportunities, and/or product, packaging, and service changes; surveying consumer needs and trends; tracking competitors.
- Direct and supervise Store Managers, Visual Merchandiser and Cashiers in several touch-points.
- Ensure proper staffing training to enhance their job performance and retention.
- Conduct inventory analysis to ensure optimal stock levels and implement corrective action, if necessary.
