Employees Relations Specialist

  •  Explain and provide advice to employees about company and governmental rules, regulations, and procedures, and need for compliance.
  • Act as the point of contact between employees & HR Department  to resolve workplace issues, grievances, and conflicts.
  • Facilitate discussions and mediate disputes between employees and management.
  • Assist in developing and updating employee policies related to work conditions, performance, and discipline.
  • Attend to employees' questions regarding HR processes and other benefit questions.
  • Handle employee complaints and act as a counselor to resolve their issues in a timely manner.
  • Maintain good knowledge of employee relations best practices and affirmative action guidelines and laws.

 Proven work experience as an Employee Relations Specialist or similar role minimum 3 years.only females are welcome to apply.Job Location : Sheraton, working days : 6 days/week.Understanding of labor laws and disciplinary procedures.High sense of ownership, customer orientation and adaptive to change.Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.Outstanding interpersonal skills.Exceptional written and verbal communication.Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.Strong problem-solving ability.
