- Explain and provide advice to employees about company and governmental rules, regulations, and procedures, and need for compliance.
- Act as the point of contact between employees & HR Department to resolve workplace issues, grievances, and conflicts.
- Facilitate discussions and mediate disputes between employees and management.
- Assist in developing and updating employee policies related to work conditions, performance, and discipline.
- Attend to employees' questions regarding HR processes and other benefit questions.
- Handle employee complaints and act as a counselor to resolve their issues in a timely manner.
- Maintain good knowledge of employee relations best practices and affirmative action guidelines and laws.
