- Planning digital marketing campaigns, including web, SEO/SEM, email, social media, and display advertising, and measuring experiments and conversion tests.
- Managing the website (including all images, tools, and content).
- Maintaining social media presence across all digital channels.
- Measuring and reporting on the performance of all digital marketing campaigns and assessing against goals (ROI and KPIs), researching competitors, and providing suggestions for improvement.
- Collaborating with internal teams to create landing pages and optimize the user experience.
- Designing and overseeing all aspects of the digital marketing department including the marketing database, email, and display advertising campaigns.
- Coordinating with advertising and media experts to improve marketing results.
- Identifying the latest trends, insights, and technologies affecting the industry.
- Developing strategies and evaluating important metrics that affect the website traffic, service quotas, and target audience.
- Working with the team to brainstorm new and innovative growth strategies.
- Overseeing and managing all contests, giveaways, and other digital projects.
- Utilizing the strong analytical ability to evaluate end-to-end customer experience across multiple channels and customer touch points.
- Leading, supervising, and motivating members of the digital marketing team and supervising their work.
- Negotiating advertising contracts.
- Developing and monitoring campaign budgets and collaborating with the finance department to set and stay within budget.
- Updating blog, e-newsletter, and social media (including regular posts, news, job listings, etc.) and overall management.
- Delivering effective, cohesive, and engaging brand messaging.
- Developing and managing A/B testing protocols and procedures.
