Job Purpose :
Oversee the liquidity, financing, capital structure, and risk management related to the financial activities of the sector companies. Manage the sector's economic resources, ensuring that the companies have the necessary cash flow for operations while maximizing returns on investments, minimizing financial risks, and ensuring compliance with financial regulations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage the company’s cash flow, ensuring sufficient funds are available to meet ongoing operational requirements.
- Forecast daily cash requirements and make decisions regarding the investment of surplus cash to ensure optimal returns.
- Establish and maintain cash management systems and processes for efficiently handling cash flows.
- Manage relationships with banks and financial institutions, negotiating terms for loans, investments, and other financial products.
- Ensure that banking and financial transactions are conducted timely and cost-effectively.
- Monitor banking services to optimize liquidity, reduce costs, and support business operations.
- Manage and oversee the company’s debt portfolio, ensuring compliance with loan agreements and covenants.
- Negotiate new credit lines, loans, or debt structures to meet the company’s funding needs.
- Develop and implement debt strategies that minimize borrowing costs and reduce financial risks.
- Identify, evaluate, and manage financial risks, including currency and interest rate fluctuations, credit risk, and investment risks.
- Oversee the company’s investment portfolio, ensuring that investments align with the company's goals and risk tolerance.
- Analyze potential investment opportunities, make recommendations for investment strategies, and manage investment transactions.
Education:Bachelor's degree in Commerce, Accounting major.Experience:Minimum of 8 -10 years of experience in treasury.Experience in cash management, risk assessment, and investment strategies.Very good knowledge of English for both speaking and writingPreferred experience in development or real estate companiesSkills:Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.Proficiency in treasury management systems and financial software.Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.Strategic thinker with a proactive approach to problem-solving.
