- Managing daily business in the office.
- Ensuring the offices are ready for daily workflow and the required resources.
- Supervising the work of buffet officials in the administration and maintaining the work environment.
- View corresponds and reports and direct to the specialist.
- Follow-up of the documentary cycle for each process from its inception to delivery and beyond.
- Be sure that procedural policies are followed.
- Coordinating documents necessary for the work team to and from human resources, accounts and collections.

- Provide general support to visitors.
- Address employees' queries regarding office management issues (e.g. stationery, Hardware and travel arrangements).
- Liaise with facility management vendors, including cleaning, catering and security services.
- Plan in-house or off-site activities, like parties, celebrations and conferences.
Bachelor's degree or relevant qualification.7 to 10 years proven experience as an Office Manager, Front Office Manager or Administrative Assistant.Knowledge of Office Administrator responsibilities, systems and procedures.Proficiency in MS Office (MS Excel and MS Outlook, in particular).Excellent Skills in organization, arrangement, and coordination.Familiarity with filing and indexing rules for files and documents.Previous experience in customer communication.Attention to detail and problem-solving skills.Excellent written and verbal communication skills.Strong organizational and planning skills in a fast-paced environment.Good appearance, tact, quick thinking in responses with creative mind.
