  1. Receive process and deliver shipments to the clients, ensuring smooth and friendly Customer Service Experience is offered.
  2. Answer Walk-in Customer inquiries related to product and service.
  3. Organizes workflow to meet customer timeframes.
  4. Co-operates with internal departments to resolve routine issues.
  5. Work closely with the operational staff to ensure customers’ needs and expectations are met.
  6. Resolves product or service problems by clarifying the customer's complaint; selecting best solution; following up to ensure resolution. 
  7. Identify and document potential service issues and incidents of customer dissatisfaction and refers it to line manager. 
  8. Perform a range of data input functions on relevant systems in accordance with work Procedures, in coordination with the Sr. Retail Agents.
  9. Contributes to team effort by assisting in accomplishing team target.
  10. Promote company services and ensure own target is achieved.

University DegreeAt least one year of experience in CS, Retail and/or Operations.Excellent Communication skills.
