Corporate Training Sales Executive

Job Summary:

The Corporate Training Sales Executive is responsible for identifying potential clients, presenting corporate training solutions, and driving revenue through the sale of training services to organizations. This role focuses on meeting or exceeding sales targets, building long-term client relationships, and delivering customized training solutions that meet the needs of corporate clients.

Key Responsibilities:

                •              Identify and generate leads for corporate training programs through research, networking, cold-calling, and attending industry events.

                •              Build and maintain a robust sales pipeline.

                •              Develop strategies to approach potential clients and present appropriate training solutions.

                •              Meet with corporate clients to understand their training needs and present tailored solutions.

                •              Prepare and deliver persuasive presentations and proposals.

                •              Address client concerns and negotiate contracts to close deals effectively.

                •              Develop and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients.

                •              Provide ongoing support to ensure client satisfaction and retention.

                •              Collaborate with internal teams (L&D, Operation, marketing) to customize training solutions and ensure successful implementation.

                •              Meet or exceed assigned revenue and sales goals.

                •              Track sales activities and progress through CRM systems and provide regular reports to management.

                •              Stay updated on industry trends and competitors to effectively position the company’s training solutions.

                •              Provide feedback to management on market trends, customer needs, and product/service improvements.

 


                •              Bachelor’s degree in Business, Sales, Marketing, or a related field.                •              Proven experience in sales.                •              Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.                •              Ability to work independently and as part of a team.                •              Ability to understand training solutions.                •              Proficient in CRM systems and Microsoft Office.                •              Strong organizational and time management skills.                •              Experience in corporate training is a must.                •              Car is a must
