- Organize and maintain inventory and storage area
- Ensure shipments’ and inventory transactions’ accuracy
- Communicate job expectations and coach employees
- Achieve high levels of customer satisfaction through excellence in receiving, identifying, dispatching and assuring quality of goods.
- Measure and report the effectiveness of warehousing activities and employees performance
- Maintain items record, document necessary information and utilize reports to project warehouse status
- Knowledge of warehouse software packages and MS Office proficiency
Requirements:Proven experience as a Warehouse Supervisor or in a similar role.Strong leadership and team management skills.Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail.Familiarity with inventory management software and warehouse management systems.Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, handle multiple tasks, and meet deadlines.Strong communication skills for effective collaboration with other departments.
