Solar Power Systems Engineer (Sales & Installation)

We are looking for a dynamic Solar Solutions Engineer with both technical expertise in the installation of solar power systems and experience in sales to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for selling, and overseeing the installation of solar power solutions for residential, agricultural, and commercial clients. The ideal candidate is passionate about renewable energy, has strong communication skills, and can manage client relationships while providing tailored solar solutions.


Key Responsibilities:Technical Consultation & Sales:Understand customer needs to design and propose solar power solutions for homes, farms, and businesses.Perform site assessments, energy needs analysis, and recommend optimal solar power systems.Provide customers with technical and financial insights on solar energy benefits.Prepare and present proposals, quotations, and contract agreements to potential clients.Project Design & Installation:Develop detailed designs and plans for solar power systems, including panel layout, electrical wiring, and system sizing.Oversee installation teams to ensure that solar power systems are installed correctly, on time, and within budget.Perform quality checks, system testing, and final commissioning of solar systems.Client Relationship Management:Maintain ongoing communication with clients, providing updates on project progress.Handle customer inquiries and post-installation support, including troubleshooting and system maintenance recommendations.Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to encourage referrals and repeat business.Collaboration & Continuous Improvement:Work closely with cross-functional teams, including procurement, logistics, and installation teams.Stay updated on the latest industry trends, products, and regulations in solar technology.Provide feedback to improve the sales and installation process for solar systems.Qualifications:Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Renewable Energy, or a related field.Proven experience in solar power system design, installation, and project management.Strong sales experience, with a track record of successful client engagement and deal closure.Knowledge of solar energy systems, inverters, batteries, and related electrical components.Excellent communication skills and the ability to explain complex technical information to non-technical customers.Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.Proficiency in CAD software and solar simulation tools (such as PVsyst) is a plus.What We Offer:Competitive salary with performance-based bonuses.Opportunities for professional development and career growth in a growing industry.A chance to make a tangible impact in promoting renewable energy solutions.
